IWD Monthly Meditation

Meditation helps you to focus your mind and to engender a sense of clarity and calmness in the midst of day to day stress. Frequent practice has been shown to have a profound effect on one's mental and emotional well-being. At the IWD monthly meditation class the participants explore various techniques to bring mindfulness into their daily life. Various instructors will teach the class, share their personal techniques of meditation with the group. This class meets once a month for 45 minutes, and is ideal for those new to meditation as well as those who want to enhance their current practice.
