Tai Chi QiGong

 

Tai Chi, sometimes called "meditation in motion." is an ancient form of Chinese exercise created more than seven hundred years ago. " QiGong is a form of traditional Chinese medicine that combines breathing, posture, and movement to generate internal energy, restore health, and promote a sense of well-being. Tai Chi QiGong is a combination of these two modalities.  At the IWD they are modified to accommodate and to complement participants' abilities.
